STEP 01 How to make a reservation

STEP 02 Confirmation of your reservation
- We will ship a package with your examination materials two weeks prior to your scheduled health examination.
- We will make a confirmation call one week prior to your examination to check for possible medical issues.
- We will send a text message one day before the health examination.
STEP 03 Registration
- Please visit our Healthcare Center on your examination day and check at the information desk.
- Submit your examination materials such as information sheets and stool boxes.
- Confirm your examination program and make your payment.
STEP 04 Examination
- Change your clothes to the provided gown and slippers at the dressing room. Please keep your valuables by your side.
- Take your urine sample and follow the guidance from our staff during the examination.
STEP 05 Consultation
- Some test results may be ready on the examination day, however, it takes at least five to seven days to receive your comprehensive examination results.
- You may verify your examination results and receive consultation from our medical staff personally or via email. Consultation with our medical staff must be arranged in advance.
