As radiation is energy neither visible nor palpable, you cannot have any sense when treated by radiation. Therefore, radiation treatment rarely leaves pain or uneasiness. Like any other medical treatments, some side-effects might occur after two to three weeks’ from the radiation treatment. Nonetheless, compared to the treatment effect, the side-effect is considered as insignificant. The Department of Radiation Oncology in our hospital is committed to the effective treatment while minimizing the side-effects.
